This extended timeframe accounts for potential delays and ensures we can fulfill your order accurately, delivering virtual Items directly to your Steam account for use in Counter-Strike 2, DOTA 2, or Team Fortress 2. Our commitment to rapid delivery remains a cornerstone of our mission, allowing you to integrate your new skins into your gameplay without undue interruption, while acknowledging the realities of Steam’s ecosystem.

Factors Influencing Delivery Times.

Steam Trade Restrictions: Many Steam Items, once acquired, are subject to trade bans, often lasting up to seven days, imposed by Steam’s trading policies to prevent fraud or rapid resale. These restrictions may delay our ability to transfer Items to your Steam Inventory immediately, and we will process delivery as soon as the trade ban lifts, within the seven-business-day window.

Payment Processing Times: The speed of transaction completion depends on the payment method and third-party processor. Some methods process instantly, while others may require additional time for verification and approval. We recommend reviewing your payment provider’s typical processing times for clarity on when your purchase will finalize.

Technical Factors: Occasional technical issues, either within our systems or with third-party services (e.g., Steam or payment processors), may impact delivery schedules. While we endeavor to minimize such disruptions, they can occur, and we appreciate your patience in these instances.

User Responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring your Steam account is correctly linked and configured (e.g., trade-enabled, no VAC bans) to receive Items.
We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect account settings, Steam restrictions, or errors on your part.

Support for Issues.

No Marketplace.
The Service is a direct-purchase platform only. Users may not trade, sell, or exchange Items with other Users through LootNight.

Refund Policy.

General Obligations.
You agree to use the Service, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including UK laws governing digital transactions and gaming.  

Prohibited Activities.
You must not:  
    Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access, purchase, or interact with the Service;  
    Engage in fraudulent activities, such as providing false payment information, abusing chargebacks, or manipulating the Program;

    You provide false, incomplete, or misleading information;  
    We suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity;  
    Your Steam account becomes ineligible to receive Items (e.g., VAC ban).  

User-Initiated Termination.
You may delete your account by contacting base@lootnight.com.  

Post-Termination.
Upon termination of your account with LootNight.com, whether initiated by you or by XYZ AI Limited, you will immediately forfeit all rights to access or utilize the Service in any capacity. This cessation of access encompasses all features and functionalities provided by our platform, including the ability to purchase or receive in-game skins for Counter-Strike 2, DOTA 2, or Team Fortress 2. Following termination, we may retain certain elements of your personal data, such as your email address, Steam Trade Link, and transaction history,as necessary to comply with our legal obligations under applicable regulations, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Such retention ensures adherence to statutory requirements for record-keeping or audit purposes. Additionally, please note that no refunds will be issued for any completed transactions or undelivered Items unless explicitly required by prevailing legal mandates, such as consumer protection laws in the UK or EEA.
This policy reinforces the finality of termination while balancing our responsibilities to both you and regulatory frameworks.


  Ownership.
